We are a group of musicians able to provide a band for social occasions such as barn-dances,
weddings, formal dinners, corporate events, social club events, ceilidhs, etc...
We
are based around the Portsmouth area of Hampshire and will gladly travel to any venue
in Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and the surrounding areas.
As well as the Squinty
McGinty band, we are also known as the Old Seadogs, Casablanca, Cool Classics and
the Empress Quartet.

Our line-up is based around Violin, Guitar, Accordian and Bass Guitar, as well as male and female vocals. We find that that this has given us tremendous flexibility to tackle music including Irish; Scottish; Light Classical; Jazz and Pop standards at a variety of events over the years.
